Q. Are there any bathrooms at the ranch?

A. Yes, there are clean, maintained porta potties equipped with toilet paper, lysol spray and lights. There's also a hand washing station equipped with soap and paper towels.

 

Q. Is there parking at the ranch and the country club?

A. Yes there is a free parking lot at both locations. 

 

Q. Where do I register to pick up my t-shirt and wrist band if I miss the Meet & Greet on Friday evening?

A. There will be a registration table at the front gate of the Smith Family Ranch on Saturday.

Q. Can I bring my own folding lawn chairs to the ranch?

A. Yes, there will be chairs provided at the tables but you are welcome to bring your own for the field.

Q. Can I bring my own alcohol anytime during the weekend?

A. YES, you can bring alcohol on Saturday to the ranch. NO, you can NOT bring alcohol on Sunday to the brunch. You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol at the event.

Q. Is smoking allowed?

A. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the ranch but NOT at the country club.

Q. Can I order a t-shirt for my infant or toddler?

A. YES please fill out the contact form and request the size and quantity needed for each registered child.

Q. How can I sign up for the talent show?

A. Talent show registration will open July 1st on the website.

Q. Are payment plans available for registration?

A. YES there are multiple payment plan options available such as paypal, klarma etc.. Complete the registration form then click the "order now" link to view.

Q. When is the registration payment due?

A. FINAL payment is due by FRIDAY AUG 22nd to confirm your attendance.

Q. Can I register more than once to break up my payments?

A. YES you can register more than once! If you prefer to pay for some tickets now and the rest by the Aug 22nd deadline that's perfectly fine. Keep all the registrations under one name so there will not be any confusion. Just do NOT wait until it's too late to register!
